XR Names Michael McGuire President of XR Pay

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--XR, a global technology company, today named Michael McGuire as President of XR Pay, its division dedicated to comprehensive payroll and financial solutions for the advertising and entertainment industries. In this role, McGuire will lead XR Pay’s expansion, focusing on optimizing production finance and enhancing production payroll solutions to drive business growth and client success.

With over 25 years of experience in enterprise hardware, software and services spanning financial, technology and entertainment industries, McGuire is a proven leader in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships and streamlining operations. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at FilmTrack, where he guided the company through a successful acquisition. Previously, as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at FastPay, he was instrumental in expanding the company’s portfolio from $500 million to over $1.6 billion within 18 months.

McGuire also held senior leadership positions at Velocify (acquired by Ellie Mae), Siebel Systems (acquired by Oracle), FileNet (acquired by IBM) and Ascendant Technology (acquired by Avnet).
