General Patrick Huston Joins Deep Fission Advisory Board Amid Heightened National Interest in Advanced Nuclear Energy and AI

BERKELEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Deep Fission is proud to announce that Brigadier General Patrick Huston, U.S. Army (ret.), has joined its advisory board. With a distinguished 35-year career spanning military leadership, national security law, and emerging technologies, General Huston brings invaluable perspective at a time of increasing federal interest in resilient energy systems. A West Point graduate, decorated Army Ranger, and helicopter pilot, General Huston has held pivotal roles in both combat and counsel, including five tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, and serving as General Counsel for the elite 101st Airborne Division, Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), and U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM). He was also a member of the Responsible AI Board at the Pentagon.
