Notability Announces Learn Guarantee Program, Timed For The 2026 Back-to-School Campaign

Notability backs its Learn study tool with a first-ever guarantee

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ginger Labs, Inc., the developer behind Notability, the award-winning note-taking app available on iOS, Android and web, announced the Notability Learn Guarantee program, timed for the 2026 back-to-school campaign.

The Learn Guarantee program is simple. New customers who download and subscribe to Notability during the busy back-to-school season are invited to use the groundbreaking Learn functionality, a suite of AI tools embedded into the product that generates quizzes, flashcards and notes the student captures.

Once a student completes 20 or more questions, Notability guarantees the student will be more prepared for his or her midterms. If the student feels differently, they can claim a 60-day extension of their subscription. This effectively covers the remainder of the school semester, with no questions asked.

The back-to-school period can be a stressful time, with many students transitioning to learning in a new environment, including new universities, classrooms and teachers.

“Learn is designed to ease that transition, and help students feel confident in their exam preparation. The Notability Learn Guarantee program gives students a genuine reason to commit to Notability at the most critical moment of the year,” said Ben Baker, vice president of marketing. “If Notability Learn doesn’t help, the semester is on us."

Many students are digital natives and seek technologies that are familiar and comfortable to use. This increasingly includes AI.

Eighty-seven percent of educators and education leaders and 79% of students agree that knowing how to use AI effectively and responsibly is important for students' futures, according to Microsoft’s 2026 AI in Education report.

As an AI study tool, Notability Learn helps ease the transition of a new school campaign, giving users access to intuitive, easy-to-use software.

Learn generates concise summaries of notes, PDFs and recordings, enabling students to easily review core concepts. Students can also turn their notes into interactive quizzes that help them prepare for tests with a single tap.

As students move through the quiz, they’ll see which questions they got right or wrong to help them inform their study plan. These features have made Learn very popular with Notability customers.

New subscribers to Notability Plus/Pro who sign up between July 20 and September 30 are eligible for the Learn Guarantee offer.
