CAMS Launches Digital Solutions Platform to Support Data Center Power Demand

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--After decades of relatively modest growth, U.S. electricity demand is entering a period of significant expansion—driven in large part by the rapid buildout of data centers. This shift is creating urgent demand for reliable, scalable, and dedicated power solutions.

CAMS is uniquely positioned to meet this need. With deep expertise in the development, management, optimization, and operation of power generation assets, CAMS has a proven track record of supporting complex energy infrastructure across its lifecycle.

To capitalize on this opportunity, CAMS is launching CAMS Digital Solutions, a dedicated platform focused on supporting data center developers and infrastructure partners in securing and operating reliable power solutions. This initiative positions CAMS at the forefront of the convergence between digital infrastructure and energy infrastructure.

CAMS Digital Solutions will provide:

  • Strategic advisory and technical expertise to support project development and structuring (site selection, land and environmental permitting, construction oversight, and accounting, etc.)
  • Operational readiness, asset management, and performance optimization services
  • Integration support between power infrastructure and data center requirements
  • Ongoing operational expertise to ensure reliability, efficiency, and uptime

The new platform will be led by Dan Consie, Executive Vice President – Digital Solutions. A 35-year veteran of the power generation industry, Dan has held executive and corporate officer roles spanning both Asset Management and Operations & Maintenance. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy. Under his leadership, CAMS Digital Solutions will unify capabilities across the organization to support both pre-commercial planning and long-term operations of energy assets serving digital infrastructure.

CAMS Digital Solutions represents a critical step in enabling the next generation of digital infrastructure through reliable and purpose-built energy systems.
