Nintendo News: Nintendo Announces Pictonico! – a New Game That Lets You Have Fun With Your Photos – Available for Smart Devices on May 28

REDMOND, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nintendo invites you to play with your photos in Pictonico!, a new game for smart devices where you can experience your chosen photos as a collection of silly minigames starring you and your loved ones. The game is available to pre-register starting today and launches for compatible Android and iOS smart devices on May 28.

Pictonico! is a free-to-start1, smart-device game all about having fun with your pictures. Choose existing photos that you’d like to see in your game (or take new ones) and play minigames featuring your friends and family. Rediscover old photos of loved ones and see them in a whole new light as they navigate everything from zombie attacks, quirky costume changes, carnival challenges and more. Try a few of the games for free, then expand the fun by purchasing additional volumes to unlock up to 80 minigames in total, ranging from easy to tricky.

This collection of comically chaotic minigames will let you encounter your photos in surprising ways, like skydiving with your grandma or watching your cousin perform as a ballerina. Plus, you can save the outlandish outcomes you’ve discovered as images or videos. Share them with friends and family and laugh together!
