OneSpaWorld Appoints Ilana Craig Alberico as Vice President of Business Development & Strategy – Resort Spa Operations

NASSAU, Bahamas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--OneSpaWorld Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: OSW) (“OneSpaWorld,” or the “Company”), the pre-eminent global provider of health and wellness services and products onboard cruise ships and in destination resorts worldwide, today announced that Ilana Craig Alberico has joined the Company as Vice President of Business Development & Strategy – Resort Spa Operations.

In this newly created position, Ms. Alberico will utilize her extensive spa development and operations experience and expertise, and her industry-wide strategic relationships to selectively expand and enhance OneSpaWorld’s global destination resort health and wellness operations. Ms. Alberico will focus principally on developing and supporting partnerships with leading resorts and hospitality brands to deliver outstanding guest experiences on par with and leveraging the Company’s exceptional health and wellness center expertise at sea.

Ms. Alberico most recently served as President of SpaSpace, a division of Arch Amenities Group, leading operational transformation, elevating guest experiences and increasing revenue growth and profitability across more than 400 client spas nationwide. Previously, Ms. Alberico created spa and wellness operations for leading resorts and international hospitality brands featuring comprehensive operating protocols, state-of-art technologies, signature programming and extraordinary guest experiences.
