Nolan Capital Promotes Rob Weitz to Chief Investment Officer, Tim Eber and Bobby Nolan to Principal and Branden Shin to Vice President

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nolan Capital is pleased to announce that Rob Weitz has been promoted to Chief Investment Officer, Tim Eber and Bobby Nolan have been promoted to Principal and Branden Shin has been promoted to Vice President.

Rob Weitz – Chief Investment Officer. Rob joined Nolan Capital in 2016. Prior to Nolan Capital, Rob worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Citigroup. Rob graduated with high distinction from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a BBA and a minor in Mathematics.

Tim Eber – Principal. Tim joined Nolan Capital in 2022. Prior to Nolan Capital, Tim was an Associate in the Acquisition Finance group at Truist Securities, a middle-market investment bank in Atlanta, GA. Tim graduated from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance and a BBA in Management Information Systems.

Bobby Nolan – Principal. Bobby joined Nolan Capital in 2024. Prior to Nolan Capital, Bobby was an Associate at Moelis & Company, a global independent investment bank, in their Los Angeles office. Bobby graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management.

Branden Shin – Vice President. Branden joined Nolan Capital in 2023. Prior to Nolan Capital, Branden worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the Technology Group at Citigroup. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Software Group at Citizens JMP. Branden graduated from the Rady School of Management at the University of California, San Diego with a BBA in International Business.
