The Fresh Market Is Hiring Now for the Biggest Food Holidays of the Year

GREENSBORO, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--With the holidays quickly approaching, The Fresh Market, Inc. is hiring additional Team Members now so its stores are ready. Full-time, part-time and seasonal jobs are open in every department, and hiring is ramping up.

Openings span every department, and include Lead and Specialist roles open to both current Team Members and outside candidates. A Lead backs up the Department Manager, and a Specialist is responsible for a specific area or function. Deli Specialists and Seafood Specialists are two of the biggest needed roles that stores are looking to fill.

Team Members receive a 30% discount at The Fresh Market, seasonal Team Members receive 20% and schedules are flexible. New Team Members train through a mix of computer-based learning and on-the-job training. Sampling the food is a perk of the job, so Team Members can tell guests what makes it delicious.

Stores are currently hiring, with the heaviest hiring before Thanksgiving and a second push in early December. The most openings are in Richmond, Roanoke, Cincinnati, Virginia Beach, Tampa, Jacksonville, the Florida Panhandle, Charlotte, Lexington, Pittsburgh and Indianapolis, and across New England. In Southwest Florida, the Naples, South Naples, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers stores are hiring seasonal Team Members for roles that run through Easter.
