Exchange Bank Announces Promotion of Nick Bongiorno to Assistant Vice President, Marin Branch Manager

SAN RAFAEL, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Exchange Bank (OTC: EXSR) is pleased to announce the promotion of Nick Bongiorno to Assistant Vice President - Branch Manager of the new Exchange Bank Marin Branch, a full-service location that recently expanded to serve Marin County. Nick brings nearly 15 years of experience managing teams and delivering exceptional customer service across the retail and banking industries. In his new role, Nick will oversee daily operations, lead the branch team, and continue expanding the bank’s commitment to personalized financial services for Marin County clients.

Nick gained his first experience in banking supporting systems and customer relationships. Previously, working as a Customer Service Representative for Exchange Bank’s St. Francis and Sonoma Branches, reflected his dedication to customer service, operational excellence, and team development.

Nick is a graduate of San Jose State University, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Economics.
