“Matt is a proven leader with the judgment and operating discipline needed to drive our firm forward,” said Chris Rayasam, President and Chief Executive Officer of Rimkus. “He brings a thoughtful, practical approach to transformation that will help our organization move forward while continuing to focus on what is the most important for our company, which is our people and our clients.”

Cass joins Rimkus with extensive experience leading large-scale transformation and integration initiatives. Most recently, he held a senior leadership role at Consor, where he focused on enterprise transformation efforts, and previously served in senior operational leadership roles at WSP with responsibility for regional operations, systems, and financial performance.

As CXO, Cass will focus on turning strategy into action by strengthening the systems and processes that support how Rimkus operates and delivers work. His responsibilities include leading the firm’s information technology function, overseeing enterprise resource planning implementation, and advancing process improvements that improve financial visibility and operational consistency across the organization. He will also work with leaders across Rimkus to modernize internal tools and workflows, including the practical use of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, and to support the integration of newly acquired teams as the firm continues to grow.

“Rimkus is known for its technical depth and trusted advisory work across forensics, the built environment and life sciences,” said Cass. “My focus is on strengthening the operational foundation behind that work so teams can spend less time navigating systems and more time delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.”

The establishment of the Chief Transformation Officer role reflects Rimkus’ long-term investment in building a scalable, resilient organization that can support continued growth while maintaining the technical rigor and responsiveness clients have relied on for more than 40 years.
