HireRight Appoints Jamie Ikerd as Chief Revenue Officer

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HireRight, a leading provider of global background screening services and workforce solutions, announced the promotion of Jamie Ikerd to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), effective immediately.

In this role, Ikerd will lead HireRight’s global revenue organization, bringing together sales, account management, customer experience, revenue operations, professional services, strategic alliances, and marketing to create a unified, customer-centric commercial engine.

Ikerd previously served as HireRight’s Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, where she helped shape enterprise strategy and led cross-functional initiatives that supported the company’s record commercial performance in 2025, positioning HireRight for its next phase of growth.

Prior to joining HireRight, Ikerd served as Chief Operating Officer at Built Technologies and held executive leadership roles across verticalized SaaS, technology, and hospitality organizations. She also spent several years at Bain & Company, where she focused on business strategy and large-scale transformation initiatives.
