GMS Completes the Acquisition of Frontier Drywall Supply, LLC

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GMS Inc. (“GMS”) announced today that it has acquired the assets of Frontier Drywall Supply, LLC (“Frontier”), a distributor of wallboard, steel products, and related core interior products serving eastern Colorado with three locations in Denver, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs.
