(2) Number of voting rights that may be exercised = number of theoretical voting rights (or total number of voting rights attached to shares) - shares without voting rights (number of treasury shares held as of August 4, 2025, i.e. 23,519,568 shares). The number of treasury shares comprises the purchase of 13,141,366 shares under the share future contract with à view to hedging the undertakings pursuant to the employees' share plan Sequoia 2025.
