GHK Capital Partners LP Completes Acquisition of Rogers Building Solutions

GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GHK Capital Partners LP (“GHK”), a leading middle-market private equity firm, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Rogers Building Solutions (“RBS” or the “Company”). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Founded in 1962 and headquartered in Douglasville, GA, RBS is a leading, high-growth provider of specialty mechanical HVAC and plumbing services to mission-critical commercial and industrial end markets. With over 1,200 skilled professionals across the Southeast, RBS serves as a trusted partner to blue-chip clients operating high cost of failure facilities in the data center, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics and education sectors. The Company’s integrated solution offering spans the facility lifecycle and includes HVAC and plumbing system design, prefabrication, installation, controls integration, retrofit, repair and maintenance services.

GHK's investment in RBS will enable the Company to accelerate the expansion of its footprint and service offering, strategically pursue inorganic growth opportunities across a fragmented market landscape and enhance its value proposition to customers. This strategy will be underpinned by continued operational execution against compelling secular demand tailwinds driving attractive, multi-year growth rates in the Company’s core end markets.

Gil Klemann, Managing Partner of GHK, said, “We are thrilled to partner with Rogers Building Solutions, an industry-leading platform in the specialty mechanical HVAC and plumbing services space. RBS has earned a strong reputation through differentiated execution, exceptional client service and a proven ability to attract and retain best-in-class talent. We believe RBS is well-positioned to capitalize on several powerful megatrends driving sustained investment in the Company’s core end markets, including rising data infrastructure demand, population aging, e-commerce growth, and industrial facility reshoring. We look forward to partnering with Mike and his team to accelerate RBS’ growth plan through geographic and capability expansion while maintaining a steadfast commitment to the highest levels of customer service.”

Mike Grabham, CEO of Rogers Building Solutions, added, “We are excited to partner with GHK, an organization that shares our values, strategic vision and pursuit of excellence. GHK’s deep facility services sector experience and track record of building enduring value make them the ideal partner for our next phase of growth. RBS has built a strong foundation of success delivering seamless, reliable and innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. With GHK’s resources, expertise and partnership we will be able to accelerate our growth, expand opportunities for our staff and deliver even greater value to our clients and partners.”
