IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Caroline Buse has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in South Carolina, Buse will work with a national client base, delivering strategic employee benefits solutions with a specialized focus on ancillary benefits.

She has a proven track record of deploying innovative solutions that both drive cost savings and enhance overall plan value. Buse also has extensive experience servicing clients within the healthcare space, delivering customized programs for highly specialized workforces.
Prior to joining Alliant, Buse served as Vice President with a global insurance brokerage firm, providing strategic consulting to clients in a wide range of industries.
Buse holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, with minors in Spanish and psychology.
