Driving the Future: INFINITI Announces Key Executive Moves to Power Growth

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--INFINITI is proud to announce three strategic executive appointments, reinforcing the brand’s continued commitment to strengthening the business and driving growth and success in the marketplace. These changes ensure that the brand has the right talent in the right roles to take the brand to the next level—positioning INFINITI for long-term success through focused leadership, deep expertise, and a clear vision for the future.

Eric Ledieu has been named director of INFINITI Sales & Regional Operations, USA. In this role, he will lead sales strategy and regional operations in alignment with INFINITI’s market growth vision. As the sales and regional operations head, his responsibilities include overseeing the regional sales organization, sales operations, distribution, fleet, and certified pre-owned sales. Eric will also partner with the INFINITI field team to achieve business goals that support the brand and its retailers.

Tony Gardina, currently director, Chief Marketing Manager and Pricing & Incentives, INFINITI USA, will take on a newly created role as director of Marketing Operations & Strategy, INFINITI Americas. In this position, Tony will oversee INFINITI U.S. Marketing Operations, leading the development of offers and incentives to support sales and volume. He’ll also identify strategic opportunities across the Americas for INFINITI, and work to develop INFINITI future product portfolio, as well as strengthen collaboration with Nissan Sales & Marketing and INFINITI Financial Services.

Brian Maragno will transition into the role of director, Chief Marketing Manager (CMM), INFINITI USA, backfilling Tony. Brian will be the product chief for INFINITI in the USA, responsible for bringing new products to market – from planning to execution – as INFINITI continues its product renaissance over the next four years. This strategic role is designed to strengthen the current product lineup while shaping a future-focused portfolio and pipeline—an essential mission for INFINITI.

These appointments are effective May 1. Each leader will be based at the INFINITI Americas headquarters in Franklin, Tenn. and report to Tiago Castro, vice president, INFINITI Americas.

“This is a pivotal time for INFINITI as we accelerate our plan to deliver an enhanced product portfolio, collaborate with innovative partners, and continue delighting our clients,” said Castro. “The executive team changes are another step in our transformation—one that clearly demonstrates there’s no stopping us. Eric, Tony, and Brian each bring a unique combination of experience, expertise, and vision that are essential to shaping the next chapter for the brand. Their leadership, deep business and automotive knowledge, and commitment to retailer and client engagement will drive meaningful impact for INFINITI—now and into the future.”
