Primaris REIT Announces Distribution for April 2025

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust (“Primaris” or the “Trust”) (TSX: PMZ.UN) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a distribution of $0.0717 per unit for the month of April 2025, representing $0.86 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on May 15, 2025 to unitholders of record on April 30, 2025.
