ZCG Expands Team with Key Hires and Promotions

Strengthening Expertise Across Capital Formation, Credit, and Private Equity Strategies

ZCG’s new hires include:

  • Bryce Cason has joined as Principal and Head of Capital Formation. Mr. Cason leads the execution of new fund launches, capital raising, institutional client solutions and co-investments, placement agent coordination, the development of private wealth channels, and new and existing relationships across the ZCG platforms. Prior to ZCG, Mr. Cason was a Vice President at Campbell Lutyens & Co. on the global fund placement team, focusing on fundraising execution for fund manager clients across private equity, private credit, and infrastructure. He was also an Associate in the asset management group at Perella Weinberg Partners, supporting the marketing infrastructure, energy, and sustainable investment strategies. Mr. Cason holds a B.S. in finance and energy management from the University of Tulsa and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
  • Alexandra Batter has joined as Associate, Capital Formation. Ms. Batter conducts research and analysis and supports all aspects of fundraising, investor relations, and corporate development across ZCG platforms. Prior to ZCG, she was an Associate in private equity at Spire Capital focusing on transaction execution, new investment acquisition, and portfolio management. Earlier, Ms. Batter was an Analyst at Jefferies within the Leveraged Finance group, raising capital for corporate and institutional clients. Ms. Batter holds a B.A. cum laude in psychological brain science with a minor in markets, management & the economy from Dartmouth College.
  • Jonathan Cutting has joined as Principal, Private Equity. Mr. Cutting is responsible for creating and managing investments of existing ZCG and prospective private equity portfolio companies. Prior to ZCG, he was a Vice President at Platinum Equity, working on transaction execution, due diligence, and portfolio company management. He was also a Manager at Deloitte Consulting in the M&A and Private Equity Practice, advising clients on diligence, value creation planning, and restructuring programs. Mr. Cutting holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.

ZCG has promoted the following individuals on its Credit team:

  • Jedidiah Lee has been promoted to Managing Director, Credit, where he continues to help lead and manage the efforts for ZCG’s credit funds and serve on the ZCG Credit Investment Committee. His background includes roles at Bayside Capital and Lazard.
  • Gregory Poos has been promoted to Managing Director, Credit, managing credit fund investments and serving on the ZCG Credit Investment Committee. His expertise spans roles at Arrowmark Partners, Garrison Investment Group, and Citigroup.
