WESTPORT, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NEOS Investments, an award-winning ETF issuer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Wes Mathews to its executive team as Senior Managing Director, Head of Investment Strategy.

Recognized for his experience and leadership within the defined outcome ETF market, Mathews joins NEOS to advance product innovation and support the firm’s next phase of growth. His addition underscores NEOS’ mission to deliver best-in-class options-based ETFs while strengthening its experienced team as the firm continues to grow across key areas of the business.

Mathews brings more than a decade of experience from Milliman Financial Risk Management (FRM), where he served as Principal and Senior Director, leading the Product Development, Portfolio Solutions, and Distribution teams. During his tenure, Milliman FRM’s assets under advisement, including ETF partnerships, grew to more than $180 billion.

An early contributor to the defined outcome ETF market, Mathews played a key role in launching the industry’s first Buffered ETFs in 2018. His deep expertise in derivatives trading, portfolio management, and investor education reinforces NEOS’ commitment to building a team of seasoned professionals dedicated to delivering thoughtful, innovative, and purposeful investment solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of investors.
