Western Metallica Announces Director Appointment

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Western Metallica Resources Corp. (TSXV: WMS) (“Western Metallica” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Roxanne Gelineau as a director of the Company effective immediately.

With over 15 years of experience in accounting and administration, Ms. Gelineau has built a solid reputation for her expertise in supporting business operations and financial management, particularly within publicly traded companies. Ms. Gelineau currently serves as the Office Manager for Northern Superior Resources Inc. and OnGold Resources Ltd., where she oversees day-to-day operations, financial reporting, and administrative support.

The Company also announces the resignation of Mr. Joaquin Merino as a director of the Company, effective immediately. The Company would like to thank Mr. Merino for his contributions.
