Aviator LLC Grants Exclusive IP License to Aviator Studio, Wins Trademark Case in Georgia

TBILISI, Georgia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aviator LLC has granted Aviator Studio (https://aviator.studio) an exclusive, irrevocable global license for its branding and intellectual property, covering gambling services and online game production.

Aviator LLC, the owner of the original trademark of the globally popular crash game, has also prevailed in its legal challenges against parties accused of infringement.

On February 17, Georgia’s Court of Appeal upheld a lower court ruling that SPRIBE OU had registered Aviator LLC’s trademarks in bad faith, violating its copyright. The court noted that SPRIBE OU had direct access to the Aviator brand and airplane logo when launching a crash game on a Georgian platform.

Meanwhile, related legal battles in the EUIPO and UK are advancing, with SPRIBE OU facing final deadlines to respond after multiple extensions. Aviator LLC remains committed to protecting its IP globally and plans to take legal action against unauthorized use to uphold its licensing agreement and safeguard the Aviator brand in the gambling industry.
